Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Next working day delivery is not available for orders placed on Fridays — these ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Some areas may have extended delivery times due to their location:

Extended areas typically add 2–3 working days to standard delivery estimates. Next working day delivery may not be available to all extended areas. Contact us before ordering if you need a confirmed estimate.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order summary and items
  • A tracking reference number
  • A link to track your parcel in real time

If you haven't received your despatch email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder first, then contact our support team.

Packaging

We pack all orders securely to ensure your tackle arrives in perfect condition. Long items such as rods are packed in protective tubes where required. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and boxed separately.

We aim to minimise packaging waste wherever possible and use recycled cardboard and paper void fill as standard.

Delivery FAQs

Our courier will attempt delivery and, if you're not in, leave a calling card with options to rearrange delivery, collect from a local depot, or redirect to a safe place or neighbour. Most carriers also allow you to manage delivery preferences via their app or website using your tracking number.
Address changes can only be made before your order is despatched. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. Once a parcel is in transit, we cannot guarantee a redirect.
Delivery upgrades after checkout are not guaranteed, but if you contact us immediately after placing your order we'll do our best to accommodate the change before despatch. We cannot upgrade once the order has been collected by the carrier.
First, check your tracking email for the latest status. If your parcel is overdue by more than 2 working days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
