How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Free delivery applies on orders over £50. All timings are demo placeholders — this is not a real store.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Contact our support team to request a returns authorisation number, then post the item back to us. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
No — Cast & Reel is an online-only store. We don't have a retail premises and cannot accept walk-in visits. All orders are placed through this website and despatched by post.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Pay in 3). All payments are processed securely. This is a demo store — no real payment is taken.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is despatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Delivery Information page. As this is a demo store, no real orders are placed or tracked.
