Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Free delivery applies on orders over £50. All timings are demo placeholders.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on orders over £50 and £3.95 on orders under £50. Next working day delivery costs £6.95. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is despatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also use our Order Tracking page. As this is a demo store, no real orders are tracked.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Some remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands) may have extended delivery times. We do not currently ship internationally — this is a demo placeholder.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Contact us to request a returns authorisation, then post the item back. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How long do I have to return?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item for a full refund or exchange. After this, returns may only be accepted for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Card refunds may take a further 3–5 banking days to appear in your account.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Pay in 3). All payments are processed securely. This is a demo store — no real payment is taken.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on the Cast & Reel website include UK VAT at the standard rate. There are no hidden charges added at checkout beyond the delivery fee where applicable.
Products & Stock
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
No — Cast & Reel is an online-only store. We don't have retail premises and cannot accept walk-in visits. All orders are placed through this website and despatched by post.
Can I get advice on which tackle to buy?
Yes — use our contact form and select "Tackle Advice" as your topic. Our team are active UK anglers and will get back to you within one working day.
Do you offer a rod licence?
We don't sell rod licences — they are issued by the Environment Agency. You can purchase one at gov.uk/fishing-licences. You need one to fish in England, Wales, or the Border Esk.
