When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is only formed when we despatch your order and send you a despatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before despatch, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error is identified.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the standard rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payment must be received in full before goods are despatched.

5. Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
